
El propósito de esta formación es garantizar que todos los socios de BGCI comprendan sus responsabilidades en materia de salvaguardia y estén capacitados para prevenir, identificar y responder adecuadamente a las preocupaciones relacionadas con la salvaguardia y con la explotación, el abuso y el acoso sexual (SEAH) en su trabajo y en las comunidades con las que colaboran.
- Fortalecer la comprensión de los socios sobre los principios de salvaguardia y las obligaciones legales y éticas.
- Promover la sensibilización y la prevención de la explotación, el abuso y el acoso sexual (SEAH) en los contextos de los proyectos.
- Desarrollar capacidades para establecer marcos de salvaguardia, evaluaciones de riesgos y mecanismos de denuncia culturalmente sensibles.
- Reforzar un enfoque centrado en la persona superviviente en todas las acciones de respuesta y de notificación.
- Fomentar la creación de planes de acción de salvaguardia tanto a nivel organizativo como personal.

The purpose of this training is to ensure all BGCI partners understand their safeguarding responsibilities and are equipped to prevent, identify, and respond appropriately to safeguarding and SEAH concerns within their work and communities.
- Strengthen partner understanding of safeguarding principles, legal and ethical obligations.
- Promote awareness and prevention of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (SEAH) in project contexts.
- Build capacity to establish safeguarding frameworks, risk assessments, and culturally sensitive reporting mechanisms.
- Reinforce a survivor-centred approach in all response and reporting actions.
- Encourage the creation of organizational and personal safeguarding action plans.
Target Audience: BGCI partners, project staff, consultants, volunteers, and collaborators working with communities through BGCI-supported projects.

The purpose of this training is to ensure all BGCI staff have a good understanding of safeguarding and SEAH and how BGCI's safeguarding policies implements these responsibilities. This is an introductory module for all BGCI staff.

This is an advanced module for BGCI staff who are responsible for managing projects. The purpose of this training is to ensure all BGCI project managers understand their responsibilities within projects where the project activities may involve children or adults at risk (i.e. where our activities involve local communities) and therefore require safeguarding consideration.
